UB-4: 27th TFW Badges

This F-111D, serial number 68-151, is from the 27th Tactical Fighter Wing which in 1988 was based at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The pictures were taken on 11 June 1988 at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.

The left side nose of the airplane has badges for the 523rd Tactical Fighter Squadron (TFS) and Cannon AFB. The right side nose has badges for the 27th Tactical Fighter Wing (TFW) and Cannon AFB. There is also a TAC badge on the fin.
