UB-3: 340th ARW Badges

This KC-135R Stratotanker, serial number 10277, is from the 340th Aerial Refueling Wing of the Strategic Air Command. The pictures were taken on 11 June 1988 at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.

The left side nose of the airplane has an Indian shield as nose art (see NA1). A SAC ribbon and shield adorn the left side of the airplane, and the ribbon and unit badge are on the right side. The fin has an Oklahoma symbol.
